This two-day web-based training covers the fundamentals of organizing and navigating the individual mode of therapy in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

DBT Foundational Training - July 2025

Thurs & Fridays: 24th, 25th, 31st July; 1st, 7th, 8th August 2025

A six-day training for individual or group therapists who are members of an intensively trained team, but who have not completed intensive training themselves.

DBT Team Foundational (Intensive) training -July 2025

Fostering effective practice and fidelity: therapy for the therapist in DBT consultation teams - August 2025

Tuesday 12th August 2025

This interactive training is designed to help your team move beyond client-focused problem solving and fully realize the unique “therapy for the therapist” function of DBT consultation. Learn how to decrease clinician burnout, strengthen adherence to DBT principles, and foster a collaborative environment where therapists feel supported and empowered.

DBT Skills Introduction - September 2025 - Online training

Thursday 4th and Friday 5th September 2025

This two-day web-based training covers the fundamentals of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills as well as how to set up teach skills (in individual sessions and groups) and overcome some common skills group problems.

Introduction to DBT for adolescents and families: building skills, fostering change - September 2025

On-site DBT training for your organization

Sending a small number of staff to a scheduled training is usually a more economical option. However, for larger staff numbers and/or larger implementations of DBT it may be more effective and economical to bring us to you. We can provide on-site training to your organization and work with you to implement DBT in your context. Send us some info so we can discuss your needs.
