This two-day workshop is for mental health professionals who wish to acquaint themselves with DBT or who are considering further training in DBT. The training introduces the essential change-based and acceptance-based strategies, along with dialectical strategies and other elements that defines the modes and functions of comprehensive DBT. This training is provided online to reduce access barriers and avoid covid risks and uncertainties.
A five-day training for individual or group therapists who are members of an intensively trained team, but who have not completed intensive training themselves.
An intenisve training for teams wishing to implement comprehsnive DBT.
With the ongoing uncertainties of covid, we have decided to focus on online training until there is greater certainty about in-person events. Hence it is unlikely that we will offer in-person training until sometime near the end of 2021.
Accordingly, we have adapted our training methods so we can offer our standard trainings online. These will include online versions of our 2-day Introduction to DBT, DBT skills essentials and our 5-day Foundational training online. You can read about these standard trainings here.

Sending a small number of staff to a scheduled training is usually a more economical option.
